A word toolkit – or toolkit for making words.

From Esperanto “ilaro” = toolkit +  (anglicised) Greek “λέξη” = word

Example – an ilarolexi might comprise an online translation service, hard-copy dictionaries  and a search /information engine….and a bit of human brain power 😉
