polyonomicity

polyonomicity was added to the web asset designer’s lexicon on 5th October 2022.

polyonomicity is the quality of a new word when compared with the results it returns from search engine queries.  More specifically the returns for “All”, “Images”, “Videos” and “Maps”.

It is a sliding scale expressed as a percentage.

100% polyonomicity is the ultimate score.

A score of 100% is a pure polyonom – a new word.

It occurs when a search engine “Nil return” is shown for each of the four search engine categories – No record under “All, “Images” , “Videos” or “Maps”.

It indicates the word’s unique qualities on the web.

It’s not been used publicly elsewhere, there are no images or videos directly using the word and no map references to it as a place name.
